Our dogs absolutely love her, she always gets greeted with lots of kisses and cuddles (and from a Great Dane that's a sight to behold). Joy is extremely reliable and professional. She also offers a pet sitting service which puts my mind at ease when we go away. Joy always goes over and above her 'job' and gives the dogs her all and has attended our dog training classes to ensure consistency with both us and her. I would not hesitate in recommending joy, she is truly one in a million.
